Dr Rachel Spacey is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow base in the Vice Chancellor’s Office
Dr Rachel Spacey is Research Fellow (part time) in LHERI where she leads on the Access Agreement Evaluation Project (AAEP) at the University of Lincoln. Rachel joined LHERI in September 2017 but she has worked at the University since June 2014; firstly in the School of Education as Research Fellow on the HEFCE funded Postgraduate Experience Project and in the Vice Chancellor’s Office as Post-Doctoral Research Fellow – Understanding the Student Experience. Prior to working in academia, Rachel was a researcher at a national adult learning charity and she is also a chartered librarian. Rachel’s research interests in Higher Education include understanding the student experience and widening participation. She also enjoys researching the history of HE using data from the Mass Observation Project as well as researching the experiences of different groups of university students.
