Daniel Bishop is a Principal Lecturer (Teaching) / Programme Leader for The School of Sport and Exercise Science, College of Social Science

“My main research centres around the role and involvement of students in institutional governance and how students can be involved as partners in assuring and enhancing teaching and learning. Specifically, I’m interested in student voice and student-staff partnership and exploring the power dynamics between staff and students. I have also led and assisted a number of projects exploring student involvement in teaching and learning, subject committee design, development of employability skills, writing skills and an online hub for students”
